For when schedule changes occur, and you prefer to cancel the booking, please address this issue to our Customer Care Department.
Contact our customer service team to request a full refund if:
(a) your flight has been postponed for 3 hours later, or the flight will take place 3 hours earlier than scheduled.
(b) your flight has been completely canceled.
