Your payment card security code is a three- or four-digit non-embossed number printed on your physical card.
Usually, it is located on the back of the card, close to the signature field. It is important to note that this code is different from the PIN used at ATMs or retail outlets!
To make an online payment, you need your card security code (sometimes called CVV, or CID). This additional security step was initiated by card issuers so that no one but you can use the card.
LuxScanner has also implemented a special payment verification protocol designed to protect against fraudulent activities by persons not authorized to make transactions on your behalf or using your account data. We take security very seriously.
