If your payment form has been submitted, the reservation processing is underway. You will soon receive your e-ticket number(s).

LuxScanner makes every effort to process all bookings as soon as possible. On some occasions additional steps are necessary to ensure full compliance with internal and/or airline protocols. (We like to be thorough.) The flight confirmation(s) along with your e-ticket number(s) will be sent out as soon as processing is complete.

However, if you receive no emails from LuxScanner within 3 hours of authorizing payment, please check with your Travel Expert to make sure we have your correct email address on file.
